Thanks for clarifying, Danny. I didn't really think it would work, either. I shouldn't have posted anything once I saw that he was trying to do a normal launch with SysAppLaunch(), but I had previously responded to his questions and didn't want to leave him "hanging". That's why I suggested he read the appropriate sections of the manual. After posting, I looked at SystemMgr.h, and saw that sysAppLaunchCmdNormalLaunch wasn't one of the "action codes", so it didn't seem like it was going to work with SysAppLaunch(). Note to Charles Busch: it would be better not to retitle every follow up question unless the topic veers to something new. You used all of these subject lines for the same thread: 1. "Returning to the original application after launching to another Palm app." 2. "What are the parameters in the cmdPBP that I have to supply to get it to launch." 3. "I've already looked there and for a Normal Launch there is no cmdPBP defined" 4. "We get Memory Manager New.c, nil pointer error message." __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
