Hi, I'm VERY new, sorry if the following are silly mistakes. I've downloaded the Conduit SDK (java only), recompiled the example RDBMS class to use my Pointbase server intead of Oracle (just changed JDBC driver name), created the table as per sample in Pointbase, and replaced the "address" conduit with the JSynch and RDBMS class as per instructions. Everything looks good.
When I tried Hotsynch with my old Palm V, there would be no errors - but the address book wouldn't synch - it would just "bypass" that conduit without saying why. So I decided to try the emulator since my old Palm V is pretty outdated. I disconnected the serial cable, rebooted, installed emulator and ROMs, loaded OS3.3 ver PALM, but when I hotsynch it says "Connection between your handheld computer and desktop could not be established". 2 Issues: Why is JSynch conduit being passed by (no logs, NOTHING)?
