Just checked the Yen/Dollar exchange rate. So maybe "outrageous" is a bit harsh...It's $75 US for 3 support issues, so $25 apiece at the current exchange. I guess this isn't sooo bad, considering Sony charges $50 just to have them flash upgrade your Clie to a new OS. ;-P I still think they should have a few English-speaking engineers trolling this list for the little helps that aren't worth $25 each. And I still say their documentation is pathetically minimal.
