You have called MemPtrUnlock more times than MemHandleLock for some handle. You just got lucky on the Palm device; whatever bug you have will probably pop up there sooner or later. Use POSE and a debug ROM and gremlins to uncover this sort of bug more readily. In the meantime carefully check the code you use to lock and unlock the handle that you're having trouble with.
