Are you sure about that, Ben? A5 should be set for the calling app. When the plugin
is sublaunched, A5 should still be set up for the application and hence, the function
whose pointer was passed to the plugin should still be able to use any globals.

That's my understanding anyhow....

Subject: Calling function in external application?

Hi,

I have created a plugin that is a separate prc. The plugin is launched from
my main application using sysapplaunch. In the parameter block to the plugin
I pass a function pointer.

Is it valid to call that function from the Plugin? Are there any pitfalls in
doing so? Can this fail in a particular situation?

Thanks
-AS
