Documented limitation. Don't do that.
Feel free to add a warning to build-prc, but I probably won't accept it
because this eight character limit is merely an artifact of the current
COFF implementation and may be lifted. (For example, you might want to
check whether COFF_LONG_SECTION_NAMES can be switched on without
affecting binary compatibility.)
