It's CW R7 + upgrade 7.1 under Win XP Proffessional, Duron 900MHz, 386MB:
If I open (text) file in IDE and try to close it, IDE crashes with report
Unhandled exception: c0000005
at Address: 0a9323b4
I have noticed that it was happening if an opened file was registered to
be opened by IDE (.c, .h etc) and not if it was some other kind of file
(ie .txt). However, it's not the rule.
It is a fresh installation (no previous CW versions installed on that XP
system). There was MS Visual Studio 6 installed before CW. I must notice
that I had the same software configuration running without problem under
Win ME on another PC. Is there some issue about CW-Win XP interaction?
How can one get away with it?
