SatForms, for example, assumes that you want to create a forms-based data management application with ties to an external database. So, if that is what you want to create, SatForms is an excellent tool. If, on the other hand, you want to create an animated game, SatForms is not a very good tool and you will have to do a lot of extra work to create your game with it. With Pendragon Forms, I don't think it would even be possible, no matter how much extra work you did, to make an animated game. AppForge, otoh, is a full development environment that uses MS Visual Basic to create Palm OS (or PocketPC) apps. It is very close to providing all of the functions of the OS, but may still have some limitations. Certainly one limitation is that it requires a run-time library (AppForge Booster, about 676 KB). So, the development environment you should choose depends on what tasks you want to accomplish. You just have to look at all of the tools and decide if they provide you with what you want. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Send FREE video emails in Yahoo!
