I have used the SiPix printer recently, but found it to be very basic, and far too slow. I suggest you contact their developer support person, or otherwise try the people you bought it from. I (personally) like the Monarch 6015 because of it's tight integration with the III series, many font size choices, and graphics or barcode ability.
