Unfortunately the answer is no. Windows does not support the concept 
of a PPP connection over USB. It does not expose PPP as a com port. 
PalmOS does support PPP as a comm port, so you can configure PPP this 
way, but Windows will not respond. It may well work under linux, 
Macintosh or OS X (Anyone want to try?).

Windows and PalmOS both support ppp over a serial cable/cradle or 
IrDA and this works quite well. So If you want to do this you will 
need to use a serial cradle or IRDA.
