Yeah, you are right. Because there is no detailed solution out there for windows. I have been on Google several times with no luck. I guess either it does not work at all, or only works with some special softwares. There is a program for windows called Mocha PPP that allows you connect Palm device with serial interface to PC. There is no support for usb.
