"Pure waste of time."?
Without someone to compile it, you wouldn't *HAVE* a binary to
install. Some of us do take the time to build and test the software on many
systems before producing binary packages. Please don't forget that.
John has put a lot of work into prc-tools, and I rarely see someone
actually thanking him for picking up the maintainance of a tool so many
people take for granted.
