Yes, Appforge does.  I guess you haven't looked at v2.0 too closely.  They
make a point of stating the data generated by an appforge project is openly
available to your own conduit so you don't have to use their 'universal'
conduit.  The data types used are very available to the designer.  In fact,
Appforge includes examples on how to replace the built-in apps with an
appforge version and continue to use the standard conduits to sync the data.
