The February 2002 issue of Java Pro (this month's issue) has a review by Rick Grehan of Esmertec's Jbed. I haven't finished reading the article yet, but a quick scan reveals the sentence "... real-time Jbed is Java 'on the metal' -- it is both a VM and a real-time operating system (RTOS)." Requirements include at least Palm OS 3.1, and 2Mb or better (4Mb is recommended). Check out the magazine, or read it online at: http://www.fawcette.com/javapro/2002_02/magazine/columns/javatogo/ Hope this helps! -----> kell -- For information on using the Palm Developer Forums, or to unsubscribe, please see http://www.palmos.com/dev/tech/support/forums/
