Wow...ACTIVEX FOR PALM DATABASE? Does it exist at all? Converting any file into a pdb is usually pretty easy. If you write it completely in C, you can do it in roughly one hundred lines of codes. First you need to understand the pdb format, which you can find in the knowledge base at www.palmos.com/dev.
