Have been using Codewarrior 7.0 on Win2k for a couple months. Suddenly the little red x (kill button) in the debugger window has disappeared. I am not aware of anything I could have done that would have caused this. I know there are other ways to 'terminate' the debug session (menu, keyboard shortcut Shift-F5, closing window), but it just baffles me that the button's gone ;-)
