I have a customer using Symbol 1700's and the Symbol Ethernet cradle and HotSync'ing some very large SKU files into the unit These files are around 5MB in size.
The Ethernet cradle appears to be timing out part way though the file transmission process. (I've seen this before) If we use a serial cradle, the transfer always completes successfully. (and runs 3 times faster, but that's a different issue) Is anyone aware of any timeout setting in the TCP/IP connection or in the ethernet cradle setup which might cause this problem?
