Perhaps he is using GCC and he expects, reasonably enough, to see the
resources in some form that he can use. From the 3.5 SDK on, at least
a few of the examples have UI resource source available in .rcp format,
and at least in the 3.5 and 4.0 SDKs it was considered a bug that more
of the examples did not have anything more flexible than Constructor
"source".

The Bluetooth SDK examples, as well as a few examples in the main SDK,
are released by Palm and are set up as both CodeWarrior projects and
GCC projects.
