The fine details of the IntlMgr functions are a closely held secret by those who figured it out. When I needed it for superFinderHack, I had a terrible time. Many developers refused to help. Many could not. Finally, I learned the elements of assembly language and figured it out myself. It's doable. In retrospect, it was a great experience. Ironically, after I figured out the details, I received some ideas from a very smart guy. His ideas were different from mine and both work. I ended up using my own stuff in superFinderHack.
