Thank you for responding. We have not purchased and GPS unit for any
Palm OS applications. Before we decide what to purchase, I would like
to verify the following:
If we use a Springboard or SDIO unit, we are limited to Handspring
PDAs and Palm V series.
If we use GPS receiver, we can have it connected to any Palm OS PDA
device and write applications using the Serial Manager.
By the way, where can I find GPilotS?

If you're using a standalone GPS receiver, you'll need to use the
Serial Manager. But if you're using a Springboard or SDIO unit, you
might have other options. And if Garmin ever releases their PalmOS
based unit things could get really cool.
BTW, check your favorite archive for GPilotS, which might save you
writing a new app. It was open source, last time I looked.
