I don't know if that is the right page. It is redirected to a 404 page
which basically says:
The file that you asked is untraceable. If you were
redirected to this address from a page on our server,
we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
etc.
BTW, you can get a bad translation of any web page at
http://babelfish.altavista.com and at many other translation sites on
the web.
Using Google, I found a page in English and French about GPilotS at
http://www.cru.fr/perso/cc/GPilotS/
