Sorry, i still confuse in it.
I convert the prc by pre2ovl  like this.
(.eg  PRC2OVL list.prc -locale enUS -o list_enUS.prc)
I extra .prc generated. But i find the the size is much smaller. Is the new
prc just include a overlay resource??

In order to drive the application work, do i need to load both of the prc??

I cant see any change in the resource, if i change the resource into
localized version
will the case that the appl. can't work in default(english) version??
