I am using POSE 3.4 on a Macintosh Titanium Powerbook,
running Mac OS 9.2.2 (Mac OS ROM 9.0.1) with Palm Reporter
1.2. I am getting a consistent crash of POSE that forces me to
reboot my system each time. I am using Host calls to ouput
trace information to reporter.

The crash happens when I stop execution via the debugger and
then try to quit POSE. There is an ExitToShell() call on the stack,
but nothing else that I can discern.

I feel that the problem is because I am not correctly shutting
down the Host trace port, but it is not feasible to complete
execution in some of these debugging sessions.

I've also noticed that when I stop execution and then try to run
again, reporter won't catch any output (which is why I started
trying to quit POSE to reset the connection between the two).

does anyone have a work around for this problem? I don't really
want to switch to opening and closing the Host trace each time i
want to write some trace information. I will end up with one
window for each host trace output!
