(thanks for looking into this keith) i also forgot to mention that this is a network application, I am opening up NetLib but exiting before things have a chance to cleanup, again due to debugging situations. i wanted to put that into the equation to in case the Host calls were ok and it was the networking calls that are causing the problem.
