At sysNotifyResetFinishedEvent just set an alarm for
the current time and bring up the dialog with the
proper alarm protocol (i.e. don't bring it up on a
sysAppLaunchCmdAlarmTriggered but on a
sysAppLaunchCmdDisplayAlarm).
