Also make sure you are using (the headers from) the *final* version of
the Update. One of the bugs in the first beta version that was on the
Pavillion was that FormGadgetTypeInCallback was described in the
documentation but the replacement Form.h in which it is defined was left
out of the beta update.
There was also a (less severe) bug with FormGadgetTypeInCallback in the
second beta. You really do want the final one.
