Maybe you use (or write) a ftp client with a ftp server funning on the Windows machine. Simply ftp the file over there.

I'm using a Xircom Wireless LAN module for the M505. The main problem is I don't really know how to approach the problem. It doesn't seem there's any way to write a file directly as such. At any rate, I think I can: 1) Write a conduit and hotsync the file via my palm app. 2) Write a webclipping type app. and have the web server rewrite the file. (is this correct?) 3) Write a small app on the server listening on a port and use NetLib (and have the server app write the file) In all 3 cases, it seems I would have to write some stuff on the windoze machine, which I would really prefer not to, (time constraints and all, plus I hate windoze.) I don't suppose there's any way to write a single palm app. that can write to LAN without a server app? If not, what would be the quickest and fastest way to deal with the problem? Thanks in advance. -- For information on using the Palm Developer Forums, or to unsubscribe, please see http://www.palmos.com/dev/support/forums/ -- For information on using the Palm Developer Forums, or to unsubscribe, please see http://www.palmos.com/dev/support/forums/
