Are you using CW Palm 7 or 8?
If you were using 8, I'd say get rid of the two access paths for MSL,
and just include
{Compiler}(MSL for Palm OS)
On 7, the only version of STL that's supposed to work on Palm OS is down
in the "CodeWarrior Libraries" folder in Palm OS Support, but it might
not have been copied over, lurking in the initial Palm OS 3.5 Support
folder instead.
