Write a Gadget ;-)

At the point when the tables get too cumbersome, or the built in parts don't
act as you'd like and you have to 'override' it's features.  You might as
well roll a gadget and do it all yourself.  That way you can be assured to
get the behavior (YOU) want ;-)
