After more searching I found an app on the Metrowerks site called "DropRSR"
that solved my problem. Although this says it can be used to flatten a Mac
resource file, it can also be used to reverse the process.

I zipped the Constructor file and the rest of my project on my Windows box,
and emailed it to my Mac (although I'm sure just copying it over a network
would have worked too). Then I used DropRSR to convert the file into a Mac
resource file. So far it looks like it worked great.
