Hi, Maybe I have not made myself clear. We would like to delete the associated databases whenever the user installs the new version. We use the same creator ID for our PRC.After every new install the PRC is getting updated with the version info, any other resource changes.But the associated record databases still exist.Is there any way I can delete these databases?

The first question is why does the user need to delete the old prc? Does it have a different creator id? Are you relying on the fact that the launcher will delete associated databases, prefs, and features when it deletes an application? Or is there some other reason? If the new version has the same creator id, and you don't have any extra data in databases that needs to be deleted, then you should just be able to install the new version over top of the old one. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
