Hi I am trying to write an application to download and upload phonebook to and from the mobile phone. I am new at this Telephony Manager. Anyone has the PhBkApp the Palm OS Reference is referring about? I cannot seem to find it in Palm OS website... furthermore Palm OS Knowledge Base is DOWN!
