I got asked by my graphics design consultant whether the display on Palm color displays uses Mac gamma or PC gamma (assuming there's any gamma "correction" at all).
Given the variance in the PalmOS color displays I've seen, it almost seems like we should consider ourselves lucky that the luminance gamma curve appears to be monotonically increasing. Does anyone know the correct or official answer? Or does someone need to whip up a q&d dither vs. grayscale comparator app?
