Wow!  I'm surprised that nobody has responded to my message on scrollbars.
I thought this was a pretty common topic that I would receive a bunch of
feedback on.  Must be more complex than I thought.  Guess that explains why
I couldn't find the answer myself in Palm documentation and other forums.

If anyone has tips, please let me know!
