Hi, All. I have a query regarding to the installation of USB driver. I have found the USB driver via web and download it. I have followed the instruction to install it on my client's PC. My client's PC is window Me and the palm is palm VX. Previously she used the serial cradle.
When i installed the USB driver into the c:\. It does not prompt me any message for the installation where my USB is already connected. I have restart it and it's to no avail.
