Hi, All. I have a query where my client synchronize his data by using our software, the palm will prompt him to reset the application after the synchronization is complete. Whenever the synchronization is done, the palm will prompt him to reset the application. Do you have any idea of why is it? Or he accidentally hit a button that he doesn't realize it?
