Well, if you have went that far as to try to get USB working under NT you
might as well consider patching the Palm driver to refer to nnoskrnl.dll and
implementing the missing functions yourself ;-)

This whole USB business under NT is a pure waste of time. It would be
cheaper to get Windows 2000 - it's more robust anyway, and it would save you
the time for educating yourself with knowledge that can't be applied to
practical work.
