DmDeleteRecord marks the record deleted, but it won't be removed from the DB
until you sync with a desktop.
DmRemoveRecord removes the record immediately.

As for whether DmRemoveRecord or DmDeleteDatabase is better, I'd pick
DmDeleteDatabase and follow it by recreating the DB personally. The system
should be better optimized to perform this operation than your app is, and
in the worse case, at least equally optimized.
