Greetings! I had sent a query on 10th may but escribe shows it on 2nd may!! anyways I am resending it..
I open as socket, bind(port 3000) it and connect to a server using netlib calls on form open. On formclose I close the socket using netlibsocketclose(). When I again open the form, bind command gives me a "Port in use" error. i have to wait for about 3-4 minutes before I can connect again.
