I have a set of m105's which are (supposingly) identically configured, but with some of them, when you press the cradle button, it initiates sometimes a modem hotsync instead of the local one.
On the other hand, if I tap on the hotsync logo in HotSync app, the local hotsync starts normally. I checked Prefs (cradle buttons are mapped to hotsync) and HotSync settings (local).
