All the details for doing this should be in the beta versions of the 
Palm OS 5 SDK, available in the seeding section of the palmos.com 
resource pavillion.

I think long term, they will switch to ARM native code, but I would 
expect that anyone running OS 5 on an ARM board would have appropriate 
access to people at PalmSource to find out more about this.
