It seems that your application works fine on 4.0, but you don't get
button taps on 3.5. Depending on what you use to draw the separate
"Pic" (a gadget perhaps?), perhaps the taps are being eaten by the
picture instead.
Are you sure you have the "Pic" *over* the "Button"? Note that pick
correlation of overlapping objects changed between 3.5 and 4.0. See
