There is a note in the Palm OS Programmer's Companion Volume II (page 19)
that says PalmOS 4.0 allows the exchange library to turn off the user
confirmation dialog. Is there a way for me (as an Exchange Manager user) to
prompt the Local Exchange Library to skip the confirmation?
Also, my app needs to run on 3.5 and 4.0. If I'm setting the Exchange
Socket to local mode (for 3.5) via
exgSocket.localMode = 1; // set to comm. with local machine(PIM) only
will 4.0 then default to and use the Local Exchange Library? Iit appears to
be working this way, but it's a little unclear from a compatibility
standpoint what the correct way to handle this is...
