Ben, Thank you for responding to my request for help.
I removed the Palm Desktop software from Palm and reinstalled the Palm Desktop software from Handspring, version 4.0.1Hb with HotSync Manager 3.1.2H. I am now able to debug a Visor using USB. However, I am still unable to debug a Palm m505 using USB. Could you tell me what I need to do to fix this? One more question... Is it possible to simultaneously install both versions of Palm Desktop without a problem? Right now, I can't HotSync my m505 either.
