Keith, Keith, we go through this every year. As your supervisor, it's my
responsibility to remind you that as a Valued Employee (see HR doc
3.6.3.1), you qualify and are covered by the special Valued Employee
Holiday Schedule (HR doc 9.3.2a). To save your valuable time, I will
list your personal, yearly holiday schedule:
Feb 30 and 31st.
April 31st
June 31st
Sept 31st
Nov 31st.
Now Keith, I know that you are one of my key Team Members (HR doc
1.4.9.3c), so I want you to know that I've gone to bat for you with
senior management and have received their assurances that you will be
able to take a special half day off next year on the 29th of Feb.
