0xFE seems to be the major diffs - which basically affected the
debug roms, but, not enough to affect the runtime of the application
on release roms from 2.0 -> 4.x :)
of course the multi-char support is probably the biggest change
worth noting from a release version perspective - which, in many
cases wont affect much overall :)
