My m500 has raised a Fatal Alert: Fatal Exception. That's all it says, and the only choice I have is to click the one button that says "Reset". The dialog just comes up again. I've tried soft-reset and no-notify reset, but it just keeps giving me that same dialog after seemingly attempting to boot. Do I want to hard reset? Any suggestions or words of wisdom?
