A thought - I've experienced this when I try creating bitmaps directly (not through a bitmap family) - try creating a bitmap family, specifying the id's for the bitmaps in the family, and using the "Create" button to create the bitmaps. I've found that this is the only reliable way to make odd-sized bitmaps with Constructor.
