Sorry, part of that last message was a little confusing.
I am in the U.S., so I apparently shouldn't need to fill out a form and mail
it back in order to get access to the ROM images. As my last message
stated, http://www.palmos.com/dev/tools/emulator/index.html#roms says this:
If your company is located in the USA and you do not want to
join the Development Seeding Program, you'll find the "ROM
Image Clickwrap Area" link active in the Pavilion. Follow
that link and follow the instructions to download ROMs.
(You are done.)
Okay, I would rather NOT go to the effort of joining the Seeding Program --
I just want the ROM images.
However, I could not find any section in the Resource Pavilion called "ROM
Image Clickwrap Area"!
That's why I went through the route of trying the Seeding Program thing --
which ended up failing. So, my real question is:
Where would I find the "ROM Image Clickwrap Area," WITHOUT having to sign up
for the Seeding Program?
