I have to display pictures for items in my database, so... What's the best way to display pictures on the Palm? What format should I use for the pictures? What libraries should I use to display them?
The original pictures are in JPEG format, but I plan to decompress and recompress them for size reasons anyway (they're HUGE) so there's little reason to keep them as JPEGs if JPEGs are slow to decompress on the Palm. This is a static database downloaded by a conduit, not wireless or anything like that.
